At Kartbaan Oldenzaal, you have the opportunity to drive on one of the most stunning outdoor karting tracks. The course includes very different bends, is technical in nature, well laid out, and is no less than 6 metres wide. We also have no fewer than 22 SODI SR5 race karts, which are the most recent and safest karts. These karts are the best there are in terms of innovation and safety, ensuring you will have a great experience of racing on the track! We also have 22 SODI standard karts, 8 SODI junior karts and 2 SODI 2drive 2-seater karts.
All of the heats are divided into groups and last 10 minutes. Standard karts, junior karts, and 2drive karts all go together in the heats. Because there is such a difference in speed, the race karts run in separate heats. Before the start of a heat, you will have plenty of time to get your protective clothing and helmets. Flip-flops are not allowed!
If it’s cold, we also have gloves available. Before a heat begins, one of our experienced instructors will first give you a detailed explanation of how it all works. Afterwards, you can pick up a printout showing all your lap times.
We strongly recommend that you book your heats in advance, so you can be sure of your starting times and the number of karts you need. If you do not and it is very busy, there is a good chance you will have to wait a long time before you can go karting.
