Kartbaan Oldenzaal is a complete entertainment facility with a spacious and excellently designed outdoor karting track. It was on this very track that ex-Formula 1 driver Alain Prost became Karting World Champion in 1973. The karting track has the latest SODI go-karts and is equipped with a combined timekeeping and online booking system. The karting track and buildings have changed with the times, offering space to cater for fully managed group packages for up to 250 people.

There are several rooms where groups and parties can enjoy a pleasant afternoon or evening, which can be combined with karting if requested. There is also the option of a Grand Prix race where you start from the starting grid and go racing in a real race. After the karting, you can enjoy a delicious barbecue or a buffet – add in a drink and you’re guaranteed to have an enjoyable day!
Young and old alike can drive real karts on this brilliantly designed outdoor track. The track length is about 700 metres. For the little ones, there are the 2drive 2-seater karts and junior karts. Youngsters can use the faster standard karts, while actual race karts are available for those who are 16 years and older. Outdoor karting is wonderful in sunny weather, but all you need are some rainy conditions to bring out the ‘Max Verstappen’ in everybody!
It is also possible for private drivers to train here using their own kart. It is important to read the regulations in advance.
The rental karts are regularly used in races like the popular Team Challenge and the individual KBO Cup. There is also the famous 12-hour race that takes place each year alongside several 2-hour races.
